Ways to Take Action

Ready to create a greener Baltimore?

Choose how you want to help.

Baltimore needs more trees. Some neighborhoods have only 4% tree cover, but together we can change that. Here are three ways you can make a difference.

A group of people stand in a park with autumn leaves, listening to a man in an orange cap. Wheelbarrows are lined up in front. The mood is collaborative.

Two workers are unloading equipment from the back of a white pickup truck in a park setting. One person is lifting or handling gear while another assists. An orange wheeled cart or dolly sits nearby on the grass. Bright sunlight filters through trees with autumn foliage, creating dramatic lighting and lens flare effects.

Every dollar helps Baltimore become greener and healthier, planting trees where they’re most needed. With your help, we plant over 3,000 trees every year!

Transform neighborhoods, create jobs, and fight climate change with us.

Volunteer Your Time

: A tree-lined urban street in autumn with a protected bike lane running down the center, separated by white bollards from parked cars on the right. Large trees with fall foliage create a canopy over the scene, with historic brick buildings and modern structures visible in the background. Fallen leaves scatter across the pavement and sidewalks.

Join us to plant and care for trees while learning new skills. No experience needed, just a willingness to get your hands dirty.

We have events for individuals, families, and groups. Ready to find volunteer days near you?

Work With Us

Four Black men stand in a garden, smiling and laughing. They wear casual outdoor clothing and high-visibility gear, conveying a sense of joy and camaraderie.

We’re building a green infrastructure and a pathway to careers by training residents for good-paying green jobs.
